

Our Intermediate Training (5th - 8th Grade) is built for developing athletes who are ready for more structure and higher expectations. We combine One-on-One Athletic Coaching with small-group work so each athlete receives detailed feedback on movement, mechanics, and game habits.
Central to this program is Performance Goal Setting for Young Athletes. We sit down and map out athlete development goals for 5th - 8th graders, turning big dreams into clear, written targets.
Through athlete goal planning for middle schoolers, we create a sports performance roadmap for youth that covers skill development, conditioning benchmarks, and practice habits. Every training cycle, we review progress, adjust the Coaching for athletic goal achievement plan, and teach athletes how to hold themselves accountable like high school and college players. By the time they finish this program, they understand what it takes to compete, how to organize their work, and how to prepare for the demands of advanced teams and, eventually, athlete recruiting environments.
