

Our High School Performance Training is designed for athletes who want to compete for roster spots, college exposure, and serious playing time. We start with a full Strength and Endurance Evaluation for Teens, using targeted exercises to conduct muscle strength testing for high school athletes and endurance assessment for athletic performance.
We pair this with Body Composition Analysis to break down body fat, muscle mass, and hydration, giving athletes and parents clear data to guide training and nutrition choices.
This fitness evaluation for youth athletes feeds directly into personalized performance plans that address speed, power, conditioning, and position-specific demands. Throughout the program, we use performance testing in sports training to track improvements that matter in athlete recruiting conversations - verified times, strength numbers, and work capacity. Athletes learn how to train like college prospects: purposeful, measurable, and focused on the attributes coaches look for when evaluating high school film and live performance.
