Our story begins in a crowded Western New York apartment, where discipline, faith, and sports turned obstacles into opportunity. Terrance McDuffie watched his own son, a freshman phenom in a stacked WNY football era, get overlooked despite elite production and talent. That painful lesson shaped our mission. We use our multigenerational Division I and NFL pedigree to give young athletes real recruiting guidance, meaningful college exposure, and the mentorship families deserve.
